Payment and renewal

Paid by card through our payment provider Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period; you can cancel any time in your account, effective at the end of the current period.

Delivery

Access opens as soon as payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason (Turkish Consumer Protection Law 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation; EU Directive 2011/83/EU). For digital content supplied immediately with your express prior consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ; Directive Art. 16(m)); we ask for that consent separately at checkout. These rules do not apply to business buyers.

7-day goodwill refund

On top of your statutory rights: if you ask within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment, we refund it in full, no questions asked. This also applies where the statutory right of withdrawal does not. Refunds go back to the card used, through Stripe. Renewal payments are not refunded unless you cancelled before the renewal.

Disputes

Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits, or to consumer courts above them.
