🔒 Company documents you upload will be processed only to prepare your bid, stored in an access-protected area and deleted after the tender (KVKK / GDPR). Upload opens with the service.

Sign up with name, company, e-mail, password and country – no card. During the 10 days you get your user account with plan status plus everything that is free today. Purchase-request (RFQ) details and the quote form are for paid members only and are not part of the trial. Alerts, saved searches, export and the other items marked “Coming soon” are not built yet, so they are not in the trial either. After 10 days the account switches to “expired” unless you choose a plan; nothing is charged automatically.

We open the tender for you
Finding out who won a project is only half the job. The real question is: which products are inside, and can I supply them? Studying a 1,000-page tender takes days. We plan to do it for you and hand you a ready list.
A real case from our own work: a contractor in Malta who had won a project answered “no” when asked if he needed aluminium. Inside his project there was a glass railing. Once it was offered item by item with a clear price per metre, the conversation changed to “send us a sample” and “let's have a call”. That is the conversation we want to start for you – with the item, the quantity and your price already on the table.

Apart from these samples, breakdowns for other tenders, supplier matching and price submission are not available yet (pilot). Categories and suitability flags are our assessment; the official tender documents always prevail.
📨 Purchase requests (RFQ) pilot
We publish the components we need for our own bids – aluminium windows, ceilings, steelwork, cables and more – as purchase requests. Manufacturers and exporters quote a unit price per kg, m², piece or metre in a fixed form.

Sales-team service – pay per mail and per call
- We prepare introduction mails to tender winners and contractors in your company’s name. You approve every mail; nothing goes out without your approval.
- Your sales rep and manager get the phone list of the companies mailed – every call they log is counted.
- Billing: each sent mail = 1 unit, each call = 1 unit. No monthly fee. Usage counter in your account.
