Why we do not copy EKAP / ilan.gov.tr notices
Neither portal offers an official open-data interface (API or RSS) for reuse. Content on ilan.gov.tr may not be copied, republished or used commercially without the permission of Basın İlân Kurumu (İlan Portalı Yönetmeliği, Art. 10). We therefore link to the official notice instead of copying it. As soon as an official open-data channel or a written permission exists, Turkish tenders will be added with a source link on every record.
