Personal data we process

Name, company, e-mail, country, a one-way hash of your password, session and security logs (IP address, timestamps) and, once you buy a plan, the customer and subscription IDs our payment provider sends us. Card data never reaches our server.

Purposes and legal bases

• Running your account and trial: contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Invoicing and accounting: legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Newsletters: only with your consent.

Transfers

Shared only as needed with our hosting provider and, once paid plans open, our payment provider (Stripe). Their servers may be outside Türkiye; such transfers rely on your separate consent in the sign-up form (KVKK Art. 9). We never sell data.

Retention

While your account is open; after closure, deleted or anonymised within 24 months unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Access, information, rectification, erasure, objection and compensation (KVKK Art. 11; GDPR Arts. 15-22). Write to the e-mail or KEP address above; we reply within 30 days.
