LHC Procurement Group Limited (LHCPG) is procuring the Refurbishment and Modernisation Scotland Framework Agreement (RM4S) on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA). LHCPG is acting as the Contracting Authority and central purchasing body for this procurement. The Framework is being procured solely for use in Scotland and will provide eligible public sector organisations with a compliant and flexible route for the delivery of refurbishment, improvement, repair, maintenance and modernisation works, goods and associated services across residential and non-residential buildings.
